Leader Guide and Ideas
Several years ago I was lucky enough to be asked to be the den leader for my sons cub scout pack as they went from Bear to Webelos. The previous leader moved up to cub master so he asked me and one other dad to fill in. I did not think of myself as lucky at that time. It turned out to be a great experience. I kept a record of my agendas for our meetings. I also saved some other material like slide shows and skits. I’ve given copies of all this to other den leaders and they found it very helpful so I thought I’d post it on the web as you can’t have too much of this kind of help out there.. It’s not polished but you can get a sense of what we did. It’s also in a doc file so you can easily edit it if needed. I hope your experience turns out as well as mine did.
